@PASSEPORTDUVIN is a visual and experiential platform built out of Amber's time in wine and fine dining.

​

Her career began under the direction of Greg Root with the creation of Defined Hospitality Group (Root, Suraya, Pizzeria Beddia, Kalaya) in 2016. Her time in wine continued on in association with Paul Grieco and Emily Ann Wagener at Terroir Tribeca in 2021. Today, Amber finds herself lucky enough to combine her passions for social media and wine at Tria Restaurant Group.

 

Since falling into the world of wine, Amber has found herself inspired to share the stories of winemakers and foodies alike to draw attention to their agricultural practices via in-person and photographic mediums. She is also a co-host and regular contributing producer to the podcast Everyday Drinking.

 

Amber is a proud member of Wine Unify (Elevate Recipient), Wine and Spirits Education Trust (Level 3 Award in Wines), and Women of the Vine and Spirits Foundation.

When she's not on the floor or in the vineyards, you can probably catch her sipping on Chenin Blanc, Champagne, or Cru Beaujolais at one of her favorite restaurants.
